Part of the original sequence of Panotraits. This image was about origins, being the first specifically intended Panotrait. Made directly after Simulacrum, which was the first Panotrait I made, but was never intended to constructed that way. Stem Sells is made to be a Panotrait. The image gives rise to the subject of ethnicity, but evades being specific about it, by diluting the portrait with other versions of itself, in context to itself.
Painted in various media, from acrylic, to ink, or from biro to oil pastel.
